NAET - Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques

It is a natural and holistic method for treating and preventing various allergies and sensitivities.

According to Dr. Devi Nambudripad, the developer of the method, an allergy is any reaction/rejection of the body to a specific allergen/substance. (More information about the developer of the method can be read here).

In our daily environment, we exposed to various substances through contact, eating, and breathing. Sometimes, the immune system may develop a reaction to those allergens around us (individually or collectively), disrupting the balance in the body's systems and the ability to effectively handle those allergens. This reaction can lead to a chain reaction that may impair the body's normal functions (such as the absorption of vitamins, dealing with various viruses/bacteria, chronic pain, etc.).

The goal of the treatment is to diagnose and identify the source of various sensitiv (physical or emotional) and then to treat the reaction that has occurred to those allergens. This is done by working on the nervous system, which creates a kind of restart for the system and allows the body to respond more effectively to that allergen.

The treatment is suitable for anyone of any age, is non-invasive, and is performed while lying down/sitting in fully covered clothing.

The treatment itself lasts about an hour. The process includes: a conversation to understand the reason for the visit, symptoms, habits, and getting acquainted with the individual's lifestyle and personal needs. Diagnosis involves checking the body for various allergens and the immediate need. This examination is conducted using the NST test, a muscle test from the field of kinesiology that assesses the muscle's response to different substancesits sensitivity to them). Treatment is selected based on the findings, and the work involves pressing on points (mainly on the back) while seated or lying down. The patient should remain lying down for about 20 minutes afterward and then avoid substances containing the identified allergen for 25 hours.
